Can you Believe it we are quickly closing in on 2019 and preparing for the NEW YEAR 2020 and the start of a new decade. 2019 brought so many new clients and the good fortune to be able help them reach their health and fitness goals, the launch of my new website as well as weekly blog posts, it has been a very productive year!
I started my health and fitness journey in January of 2016 so I know first hand that January is the time of year when most people set new fitness goals and I am here to help you get started off right!

The BARRE BLEND Group in 2020 will start prep on the 6th of January and then our first official day 1 will be Monday the 13th of January! The program runs for eight weeks and will end the first week in March!
Same group different workout! We will start a prep week of the PREP on the 6th of January and then our first official day 1 will be Monday the 13th of January! The program will run for 10 weeks and will end in March just in time for Spring Break!
We will start out transformation to a NEW YOU with 4 weeks of the PREP! This program is designed to be the preparatory program before doing 6 Weeks of THE WORK. There will be a modifier. There will be 5 daily workouts, 1 active repair day, and 1 rest day. Workouts are 30-40 minutes long and will get us READY to tackle 6 WEEKS of the WORK!
I have been CRUSHING this program. I have done multiple programs and none have EXCITED me more than this one! There isn’t one thing I don’t like about it!
