It is no big secret about just how much I love the 3 day REFRESH! And although I have shared it often on my social media I thought I would take the time to fill you in on what it is and how it works!

Although I’m typically consistent with my nutrition and choose to eat clean and mostly plant based, there are times when I struggle, or I’m on vacation, or traveling that things can get a little out of control.
