Who is Amoila Cesar?
Amoila Cesar is a NASM and NCCPT certified personal trainer with clients ranging from pro

exercise science with a minor in psychology from the University of Central Florida. This is
his first collaboration with Beachbody. He was handpicked to create 6 Weeks of THE WORK
