Hi – I am Katie McClave an experienced health & fitness coach, with several years of experience training via 1 on 1, online, and through BeachBody’s platforms.
I know how it is to feel like you don’t have enough time to manage your fitness, as I have 2 kids and they keep me BUSY.
When I found BeachBody and decided to focus on improving my life by getting in shape –a new passion was also found! This new passion completely changed my overall lifestyle while improving my health and fitness – but it didn’t stop there!
When I began to help others find their strengths, and reach their fitness goals, I knew I had to focus on becoming a full time health & fitness coach.
